Huntington Landmark – Huntington Beach, CA

This community of Huntington Landmark houses around 1,200 homes. Residents can choose between condominium and townhomes in this dynamic community. The community also offers many amenities including: a putting green, tennis courts, a clubhouse and miles of walking trails.

Palmia – Mission Viejo, CA

Palmia is a gated community that’s for active retirees. The clubhouse, which is sized at over 12,000 square feet, is a resident favorite. Palmia is located near a few different golf courses and Lake Mission Viejo. This community lake provides a variety of outdoor experiences.

Buena Vida at La Floresta – Brea, CA

This 51-acre multi-generational community of La Floresta is still under construction, which gives retirees who wish to assist in designing their own home a perfect opportunity. There are two 55+ communities within La Floresta: Olvera and Solana. The clubhouse will offer a pool, fitness
center ballroom and other multi-function rooms. The location is also in close proximity to Los Angeles.

Bay Cliff Village – San Clemente, CA

Bay Cliff Village attracts residents with its prime location. The community is located minutes from leisurely activities, like the Shorecliffs Golf Course, and is walking distance from the beach. For those who seek activities outside of their living community, Bay Cliff Village may be a good fit.

Rancho Mission Viejo Gavilán – Rancho Mission Viejo, CA

This new-build community provides a low-maintenance and active lifestyle for its residents. The amenities are one of the main selling points for Gavilan. The clubhouse offers recreational rooms, a staffed bar, a fitness center and yoga studio. The community also has outdoor BBQ areas, a dog park and other outdoor fields for activities.
